Educational Training

Training seminars provide extensive step-by-step education to Third Party Administrators, Claims Administrators and Self Insured Employers to comply with the Return to Work Rules and Regulations. The seminar covers how to:  properly prepare mandatory state forms and notice letters that are required to avoid supplemental job displacement vouchers; avoid 15% increases in permanent disability weekly rate; comply with OBAE Audit Unit Regulations to avoid penalties; and complete a proper EAMS form.
