Ergonomic Evaluations

The benefits of ergonomic evaluations are:

Early evaluation and detection prevents or reduces employee disabilities due to musculosketal disorder (“MSDS”) and cumulative trauma disorders (“CTD”). The goal is to enhance health and productivity by designing work stations and tools that fit the task and the person. Approximately one-third of every evaluation does not require new or replacement equipment, only assessment, recommendations, modifications, training and education to maximize the employee’s fit in the work environment.
