Regular Work Offer

A “Notice of Offer of Regular Work” is required within 60 days of an injured worker reaching medical maximum improvement. The offer justifies the 15% weekly permanent disability decrease pursuant to LC 4658 (d)(3)(A). The regular job description and task list are developed directly with the employer to document the regular work available.  The “Notice of Offer of Regular Work”/DWC AD 10118 EAMS form is also prepared to adhere to the State of California guidelines. The completed documents / packet are e-mailed to the Claims Examiners and/or Claims Assistants so that proper time frames are met.
